Pet Policy

Parklight is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $30 per pet per month. There is a one-time pet fee of $350 for one pet and $600 for two. There is no weight limit for dogs. Please reach out to the leasing office for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.

We are pleased to welcome two approved pets per home. A pet profile (with PetScreening) and agreement must be completed for each pet. This process will include a Digital Pet Passport for each of the members of your pet family! Your groomers, walkers, and pet-friendly vacation spots will all appreciate you being able to share your pet records in an instant with them. Please note any applicable pet fees or deposits must be paid in full prior to the addition of any pet to your home.
